Samsung will be unveiling a new foldable experience with its latest device lineup on July 10th. The event will be part of Samsung's summer Galaxy Unpacked event in Paris, France at 9:00 a.m. ET. Samsung has encouraged everyone to tune in and watch the livestream on the Samsung Newsroom, Samsung.com, and Samsung’s YouTube channel.



During the event, Samsung will introduce more about Galaxy AI, stating, "Prepare to discover the power of Galaxy AI, now infused into the latest Galaxy Z series and the entire Galaxy ecosystem. Get ready for a world of possibilities as we enter a new phase of mobile AI."

With the date of the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event set, it's time to anticipate what's in store. Here's what we're expecting from the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked.


Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6

Samsung is gearing up to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 6, expected to be the highlight of the event. This iteration promises a fresh design, moving away from the similar looks of its predecessors. According to Smartprix, the Z Fold 6 will feature flatter side edges and a titanium frame, resembling the Galaxy S24 series. This new build could reduce the phone's weight from 8.92 ounces to 8.43 ounces.

Display Enhancements:

- Outer Display: Upgraded to a 6.3-inch OLED panel with a resolution of 2,376 by 986 pixels, offering a slightly wider aspect ratio.

- Inner Display: Maintains its 7.6-inch size, featuring a Dynamic AMOLED panel with 2,160 by 1,856 pixels.

Under the Hood:

- Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

- Variants: Options with 8 to 12GB of RAM and 256GB to 1TB of storage.

Camera:

- Rumored Specs: A 50MP primary camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, and a 10MP telephoto camera. Selfie cameras include a 10MP outer and a 4MP inner camera.

- Possible Upgrade: An Ultra version may feature a 200MP main camera, with Galaxy AI enhancing image quality.

New Wearables: Galaxy Watch 7 and Galaxy Ring

Alongside the new phones, Samsung will introduce its latest wearables. The Galaxy Watch 7 and Watch Ultra will debut with some shared features, powered by the Samsung Exynos W1000 chip, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage. Expected capabilities include blood pressure tracking, body composition analysis, ECG, fitness tracking, oxygen saturation monitoring, sleep tracking, and temperature measurement.

Galaxy Watch 7

- Sizes: Available in 40mm and 44mm cases.

- Thickness: Approximately 9.7mm.

- Battery: 300mAh for the 40mm and 425mAh for the 44mm.

Galaxy Watch Ultra

- Size: 47mm case.

- Thickness: 12.1mm.

- Battery: 590mAh.

- Material: Titanium frame.

- Display Brightness: 3,000 nits for enhanced outdoor visibility.
